Lovely hotel in Niagara. Husband and I stayed for anniversary, hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway. Clean rooms, we were upgraded to a room with a bubble tub! Short walk to the park to see the falls. Will definitely return. Thank you!
The hotel was clean, and quiet. The day we arrived Sophie checked us in and her energy was awesome, she was so nice to my family and I. Frank was the icing on the cake I believe he is a department head, well anyway he was FANTASTIC, we were there for a private event and he took care of us the whole time we were there and being in the position that he holds you would think he would be off on the weekends but no he was there every step of the way. At the private event he was there, he was the bartender, he loved on everyone there and even when someone was unkind to him, he maintained his professionalism. Frank and his team, Sophie and Garrett made this a great birthday experience I'll never forget. I can't wait to return.
My husband and I spent a winter weekend here and we loved it. The hotel was clean and cozy, great to come back to after being out in the cold. The location is awesome. It’s an easy walk to the Falls, which look amazing in winter with all the ice and mist. We were close to everything we wanted to do but still felt like we had a quiet spot to relax. The staff were friendly, and the whole place just had a really nice feel. We’d definitely stay here again for another quick getaway.
I booked this hotel for my husband's 40th Birthday. I wanted to do something special for him so I called ahead for a champagne and dessert package. When we got to the hotel it looked so cool not like a normal chain hotel. Loved all the decorations and painting on the walls it felt classy everything seemed very clean. We were greeted by Brandon who was absolutely top notch. When we got to our jaccuzi suite it was beautiful decorated with petals and there was champagne as requested. There was no dessert which I had really wanted as a birthday surprise when I went down to ask about that Brandon made it happen and apologized that it was the off season and the kitchen was not even open. He did everything to make it right we ended up with perfect birthday brownies! MUCH APPRECIATED! We visit Niagara Falls often and this was the best stay we've had in the city. Close to everything clean and excellent customer service! The jaccuzi tub was fabulous! We weren't expecting free breakfaat but it was nice that it was an option as well! Thank You Specifically to Brandon!
Awesome hotel right near the fall! Decor was chic, did not seem like standard hotel in the area. Stayed for 2 nights and exceeded our expectations. Need to return in the summer to enjoy the huge outside patio. Friendly people that were very knowledgeable of the area and always happy to help.
If there was a hotel that was build for a girls getaway this is the place!! So first of all, the bar Sēvā is the totally gorgeous... I mean the level of details are stunning!!! The staff were so helpful and kind, plus the welcome treats are the cutest touch! So close to the falls to, we literally were taking a stroll at 2 am after the bar down the falls and it was pure magic. Not to mention super safe for 12 woman at that hour. Major shout out to Frank the sales director for setting us up for dinner and drinks on the rooftop bar...pure magic!!!!!
I can't begin to describe how amazing this property is!!! The staff service was top notch. Brandon at the desk was so accommodating, and knowledgable about the area it made our entire stay a fantastic one. The room was very well appointed the hotel decor is what you would find in a hotel in Manhattan, not Niagara Falls but here we are! We stayed at the Holiday Inn last year and are surprised this is an IHG property.
We enjoyed our stay here, the elevators were a bit scary but thats just me they seemed a bit old and noisy going up down, the rooms were very nice the bed was so comfy! The desk staff was very friendly in the evening and morning. The continental breakfast was really good. We are originally from Canada and were heading back home to Toronto the next day after a cruise so we just walked across the border to the Canadian side in the morning and caught the train from there after visiting our side for a bit. Easy to access
